We shared our vision of 360º Sustainability at the Corresponsables Conference

Sustainability as a strategic, cross-cutting and transformative pillar was the common thread of our participation in the Corresponsables Conference, an event where we shared learnings, challenges and opportunities alongside other leading companies committed to positive impact. Macarena Ramírez, our Communications Director and Head of Institutional Relations at DONTE GROUP, took part in the round table discussion “360º Sustainability”.

During her speech, Macarena highlighted how regulation has represented an opportunity for DONTE GROUP, helping us professionalize processes, strengthen decision-making and move forward with greater ESG criteria. She also emphasized the cross-functional nature of Sustainability within our company, integrated at every level of the organization and even linked to the variable compensation of our executives.

In addition, she shared some of the key milestones achieved by DONTE GROUP in 2025. Among them, she highlighted the measurement of our impact through 48 indicators linked to five major strategic pillars, as well as the fact that more than half of our patients have been able to access financed treatments.

Macarena also stressed the importance of communicating with transparency and rigor. Finally, she underscored the value of strategic partnerships as an essential lever to amplify social impact and effectively address today’s major challenges.
