At DONTE GROUP, we have taken another step forward in our commitment to responsible and sustainable management by officially joining the United Nations Global Compact, becoming the first dental group in Spain to be part of this global initiative.
By joining the Global Compact, we become part of a network of more than 21,000 organizations across over 160 countries working to advance the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through business action.
The UN Global Compact is the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative, providing a framework based on Ten Universal Principles covering human rights, labour standards, environmental protection and anti-corruption. Our participation represents a further step in aligning our strategy, operations and corporate culture with these principles, while reinforcing our commitment to transparency and accountability.
Joining the Global Compact strengthens our ESG positioning and consolidates our approach to management based on responsibility, transparency and continuous improvement. For us, quality care, professional ethics and social commitment are all part of the same vision, aimed at creating a positive impact on people, dentistry and society.
Over the past few years, we have launched a range of initiatives focused on sustainability, improving access to oral healthcare and strengthening our governance standards. This commitment enables us to continue progressing towards a more structured management model, enhancing our ability to measure, report and improve the impact of our activities.
Furthermore, our integration into the Global Compact provides fresh momentum to continue adopting international sustainability benchmarks and to further develop our activities in line with the highest standards of responsibility and good governance.
This milestone reinforces our commitment to placing sustainability at the heart of our strategy, promoting an approach to oral healthcare that combines clinical excellence, social responsibility and the creation of long-term value for all our stakeholders.
