As part of the growth objectives under this plan, <strong>we aim <\/strong>to scale our transformation and impact, including sustainable, long-term clinic growth, improved patient experience, and clinical innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Emilio Saracho <strong>joins us<\/strong> as Board Chair. Saracho is a Spanish economist with an extensive career in global investment banking, having held senior leadership roles at J.P. Morgan, where he served as president for Spain and Portugal and subsequently as global vice chairman at JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, and Banco Santander. Saracho also has notable board experience. He spent 13 years as a board member of Inditex. As well, he is currently Senior Advisor at Altamar Advisory Partners, the investment banking division of AltamarCAM Partners, and in early 2025 returned to JPMorgan as a Senior Advisor on major EMEA transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Quotes<\/strong><br><br>\u201cI am honored to join as Board Chair at DONTE GROUP, a company that shares my commitment to driving sustained growth through innovation and outstanding service.
