We appoint Emilio Saracho as Board Chair and establish our new Board of Directors

At DONTE GROUP, one of Spain’s leading oral health groups, we today announced the appointment of Emilio Saracho as Board Chair.

This appointment reflects our commitment to the highest standards of governance at a time when we are advancing in the execution of our 2030 strategic plan. As part of the growth objectives under this plan, we aim to scale our transformation and impact, including sustainable, long-term clinic growth, improved patient experience, and clinical innovation.

Emilio Saracho joins us as Board Chair. Saracho is a Spanish economist with an extensive career in global investment banking, having held senior leadership roles at J.P. Morgan, where he served as president for Spain and Portugal and subsequently as global vice chairman at JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, and Banco Santander. Saracho also has notable board experience. He spent 13 years as a board member of Inditex. As well, he is currently Senior Advisor at Altamar Advisory Partners, the investment banking division of AltamarCAM Partners, and in early 2025 returned to JPMorgan as a Senior Advisor on major EMEA transactions.
